Lochan Reoidhite is a peaceful upland loch tucked into the Queen Elizabeth Forest Park, just north of Aberfoyle. The first of the three lochs on the famous Three Lochs Forest Drive, it's reached via a scenic woodland road and offers a sheltered, accessible swim in clear Trossachs water.

A gently shelving grassy bank running directly alongside the Three Lochs Forest Drive gravel track. Tall conifers line the shore and a picnic bench sits right at the water's edge — a clear FLS waymarker post marks the access point. Entry is easy with a shallow, gradual approach. The loch is sheltered by surrounding forest and feels calm and private despite being accessible from the road.
A charming signed trail along the oak-lined shore of Loch Drunkie — the second loch on the Three Lochs Forest Drive — returning through quiet woodland where red squirrels are often spotted. Firm gravel surface with some loose sections.
